Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing bugpharm. We strive to provide high-quality healthcare products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or service, we’re here to help.
The policy is not applicable on purchase of the Gut Microbiome Test once the test kits have been dispatched.
Refund policy is not applicable on supplements.

Returns

Due to the nature of healthcare services and products, we typically do not accept returns. However, if you have received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item or upon confirmation of the service issue. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. If the user requests a refund they will be eligible for a refund subject to meeting conditions. Refund amount will be given after deducting the microbiome test prices. The microbiome test charges are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

For services that require appointments or bookings, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellations. Cancellations made within this time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee.

How to claim a refund?

Once we receive your request, our team will check your eligibility for a refund. If the refund conditions are met, the amount as applicable for your time in the program will be refunded. We will notify you once we have approved and initiated your refund.
